The Raspberry Pi3 is a low cost, credit card sized computer that plugs into a computer monitor or TV, and uses a standard keyboard and mouse. It’s capable of doing everything you would expect a desktop computer to do, from browsing the internet and playing high-definition video, to making spreadsheets, word-processing and playing games.
This class will also cover the LibreElec OS enabling you to run the popular KODI media streaming software and will teach you how to stream movies, music, TV and pictures. Quite possible if enough interest is shown you may receive a Raspberry Pi3 model B computer to use in class and keep at the completion of it.
Another idea if you are not in the know is Google Amazon Firestick’s free streaming process. You will learn a lot with the right apps you will no longer need cable or Netflix. Watch all your favorite shows the night they come on either live or after airing commercial free. Let’s show some interest and bring these classes home!
